WESTRAFO AMERICA LLC
We have opened a Customer Care & After Sales branch in the US territory, in 2023: the aim is to be closer to customers on site, not only in the after-sales phase, but right from the definition of new projects.
Our American contacts take care of first contact management, in collaboration with the Italian Engineering and Sales teams, participation in trade fairs, and the complete management of all pre- and after-sales services, including spare parts management, commissioning and on-site maintenance management.
WESTRAFO GHANA LLC
We have a manufacturing subsidiary in Ghana near Tema, the country's largest port, established in 2014. The office is located near Accra, in a strategic position for the neighbouring regions.
The product portfolio includes medium voltage transformers between 25 kVA and 2500 kVA, Cl. 12, 24 and 36 kV, manufactured to European standards and carefully selected raw materials.
Each process is codified through quality procedures that guarantee the traceability and transparency of procurement and production. Each transformer is carefully checked by our quality control department and tested in our test rooms.
