Westrafo: Family Day to celebrate the first 10 years since the company was founded

On Saturday, September 21st, Westrafo opened the doors of its headquarters in Montebello Vicentino for the occasion of its 10th anniversary.

To celebrate the first 10 years of success and growth, a Family Day was held. The event was attended by around 300 people, among them employees, collaborators and families, creating a festive atmosphere of conviviality.

Music, food and recreational activities for adults and children were the backdrop to this day, where guests were able to experience the team spirit that has always characterized the company.

During the day, guided tours of the production plant and offices were organized, allowing attendees to deepen their knowledge about company’s cutting-edge technologies and production processes. The event represented a valuable moment to strengthen the bond between the company and employees, emphasizing the human and collaborative value at the basis of every success.

At the end of the guided tours, time was given for a speech by the management, the Cracco family, who retraced the evolution of Westrafo’s history and the most significant achievements over the years.

Founded in 2014, Westrafo has experienced steady growth, establishing itself not only in the Italian market but also internationally. Today the company employs about 170 people and is present in Italy, Ghana and the United States, where a new production facility of 231,000 sqft, dedicated to the production of medium voltage transformers and integrated solutions will open next July.

Projecting into the future, Westrafo is preparing to face new challenges with the goal of consolidating its global presence and embrace new growth opportunities.
