Group Strategic Summit 2026

September 23rd, 2026 – On September 10–11, in the beautiful setting of Villa Michelangelo, Westrafo’s Executive and Management Team came together for the Group Strategic Summit 2026: two days dedicated to sharing goals and defining Westrafo Group’s growth path toward 2029.
We started from our roots, looking back at our history, evolution and products, before looking ahead to future challenges and opportunities.
We explored the key trends shaping the market and shared the goals we aim to achieve by 2029, working together to define how to turn them into reality. Through workshops and open discussions, each department identified the resources, timelines and concrete actions needed.
Among the topics discussed was Westrafo America’s experience in the United States, including the challenges faced and the lessons learned along the way.
